Fu   Yongling is a professor since 1998 and supervisor of Ph.D & Master   students from 2000 in BUAA. Now he is a professor in the school of Mechanical   Engineering and Automation of Beihang University. He was elected as an   excellent young intelligentsia, Science & Technology hopeful star of   Beijing city in 1999; and got the State Department govern special fund as an   expert in 2001. He visited FSU as a senior visitor in USA from 2002~2003.He   became national excellent person with ability from 2005. Since 2005, he is   general secretary and vice director of Association for Artificial   Intelligence. He is vice director of youth group of CSAA  since 2007 and became a PC member of ICAS   since 2005. He was recommended as a council member of CSAA in 2014. He was   nominated vice director of Council for International Cooperation on CSAA from   2015. He is also a program member of R3ASC since 2010. He is a member of   academic board of special ground equipments R&D base of Civil Aviation of   China since 2005. He is a member of metallurgy equipment Committee for   Standardization since 2007. He is the academic director of technical center   of Hebei cement packaging unit.

He has   published more than 150 papers, owner 20 patents. He presided NSFC, national   R&D projects, international S&T cooperation project and more than 60   other kinds of developing projects etc.

He got   one of second class national S&T progress reward, first class S&T   progress reward of Chinese Aeronautics industrial Group, second class Hebei   S&T progress reward as well as many 2rd and 3rd national defence S&T   progress reward. He directed his research group to develop 2-6 axis motion   simulators or test tables ,electrical/hydraulic servo loading simulators. He   presided over developing the practical technologies about hydraulic elements   or testing systems which were transferred to many factories and institutes.   He insisted in integration of mechatronics with hydraulic control more than   20 years.
